Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
