Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
