Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a production planner, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
