Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
