Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an operations analyst before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
