Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
