Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
