Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as an office manager before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
