Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 8 jobs a week as a logistics coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
