Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a logistics coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
