Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as an IT help-desk technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
