Not sure if my job search activity counts - first time posting

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
