Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a school bus driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
