Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
