Not sure if my job search activity counts, event coordinator here

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
