Not sure if my job search activity counts, delivery driver here

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 8 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
