Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as an IT help-desk technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
