Not sure if my job search activity counts (Cincinnati)

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a mechanic, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
