Not sure if my job search activity counts (Chicago)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
