Not sure if my job search activity counts (Boise)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 24 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
