Not sure if my job search activity counts

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
