Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
