Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a paralegal, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
