Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
