Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
