Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
