Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
