Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a quality inspector, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
