Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 18 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
