Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an accountant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
