Not sure if my job search activity counts - any advice?

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
