Not sure if my job search activity counts after 9 years as a data-entry clerk

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a data-entry clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
