Not sure if my job search activity counts after 7 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
