Not sure if my job search activity counts after 7 years as a delivery driver

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
