Not sure if my job search activity counts after 5 years as an insurance claims processor

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as an insurance claims processor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?
