Not sure if my job search activity counts after 4 years as a production planner

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a production planner before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
