Not sure if my job search activity counts after 3 years as a web developer

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a web developer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
