Not sure if my job search activity counts after 18 years as a sales associate

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
