Not sure if my job search activity counts after 18 years as a home health aide

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
