Not sure if my job search activity counts after 17 years as a procurement assistant

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 10 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
