Not sure if my job search activity counts after 16 years as a nurse's aide

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a nurse's aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
