Not sure if my job search activity counts after 15 years as an administrative assistant

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
