Not sure if my job search activity counts after 15 years as a logistics coordinator

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a logistics coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 4 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?
