Not sure if my job search activity counts after 14 years as a security officer

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a security officer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
