Not sure if my job search activity counts after 12 years as a store manager

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a store manager before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
