Not sure if my job search activity counts after 11 years as a project coordinator

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
