Not sure if my job search activity counts after 10 years as an insurance claims processor

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
