Not sure if my job search activity counts after 10 years as a data-entry clerk

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a data-entry clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
