Not sure if my job search activity counts, administrative assistant here

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
