Not sure if my job search activity counts, accounts payable clerk here

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
